I believe it is.

I think everything after v2.1 was upgradable using the cable from a PC etc.

Default Advanced Electronics LV VS Viper VTX10

I just got back into on road racing and I bought a used car that came with a Viper VTX10 ESC. I still have a couple Advanced Electronics LV's kicking around. I am going to use it for touring stock 17.5. Are the LV's still competetive in blinky classes? Not sure which one would be better.

Loving my AE ESCs. Haven't looked to any other brand since I got these. For me, they are reliable and robust.

Know a few people who run them in blinky, set to 8KHz

P.S. Still use mine in 1/12 (Mod and blinky) and TC (Open Mod and boosted)

Mine have the old 3.0.1 ACE firmware in them so it looks like I can't update to the latest firmware. Hopefully they are still good for 17.5 blinky touring car.

Done with the upgrade of my Awesomatix, of course with my trusted AE speed controller. I think, we are all set next week for the carpet-season starter.

You might be a little disappointed in your car's speed, considering that the rear wheels will be pulling backwards when the front wheels are pulling forward.

Looks like the spool is in the rear of the car. Backwards

Worry not, GD2 is on it's way to be mounted there. Done installing the ceramic bearings on it. Should be fine.

We're just kidding with you. The car looks great! I should post a few of my builds, to show how not to do it.

Smile Black Diamond USB cable pinout

Hi,

I can't find my USB to sensor wire cable for connecting to a PC. Does anyone know if it is just a straight wire connection from the USB to sensor wire set-up, so if I knew which USB wire goes to the correct sensor wire connection I could make my own?

Thanks,
Alex
