Default why not for mod?

what makes you think that the BD speedo that you already have wouldn't be good for mod. They are super smooth. And you can always turn down the rip with the profile setting if you think it's too punchy. The BD speedo is an ideal choice for running mod.

We run 3.5T-5.5T in mod class in my country. I don't deny the LV V2 is an awesome esc but max it could take up to 6.5T. I don't wanna risk running a 3.5T-5.5T on it even when playing around with the profile settings and gear ratios.

Can anyone post the instructions on how to setup the speedo?

I left the box at home with the instructions.

Thanks.

Default Resurected BD

Just finished putting a new 1/12th pan car together. Its looking like stock racing in the Uk is changing to 13.5.
So after digging around in the pit box my 2 black diamonds are out to play again. No longer my main stream Escs till the upgrades come on line.

Fitted to car profile 5 no brake and rollout of 65mm with a GM 13.5 V3 motor.Testing at weekend , not sure on roll out but will see how it goes.

That rollout sounds a little low but should be a good starting point.

Default rollout

If too low what would you suggest. Ive come up with a theory.

1s lipo running GM10.5 57MM rollout is perfect. So divide 57 by 10.5 = 5.42 multiply this by 13.5 = 73.2mm rollout so going to use this as a starting rollout.

AE is apparently working hard on the next soft release,
Almost there according to them,...
I must say that I am starting to lack of patience, I just hope it's worth waiting for it.

The car with the quickest top speed at the stcc at moto arena was running the prototype software and this was by 2 mph and i was speed gunning them too.

since i have been using the bd esc by driving has got a lot more consistent,
the only place the bd lets me down is at the end of the main straight but it pulls very hard out of corner with out any sudden rush of uncontrolable power.(mid corner) so what i might be losing at the end of the straight i gain at the start and i'm looking forward for the update.
