For most cars this appears to happen around the level of the gold spring. undoubtedly why so many people run them.
I can see that. I have a white vinyl overlay on the bottom of my chassis, so I know it's not rubbing anywhere except very occasionally in the front, but I think I have the ride height sorted so that doesn't happen now either.

I'm lovin' my CH12 too. I was able to run it for 20 minutes of practice with nothing slowing me down but the usual battery fade. I've copied all of Jason's setup except I didn't glue my sidewalls. I love the inflection in people's voices when they ask, "is that the Copperhead 12?"

Jason,

On a high bite carpet track, can I also run the White/Grey rears and Double Pinks in the front?

Looking for tires and need advice buddy...

Yes, you will want to run either double pink or team purple fronts. Gray/White rears work the best so far. White rears work well also, i like the gray/whites better though

Hey guys...just a quick report on my weekend with the CH12.

We had our first big series race (Western Canadian Indoor Championship Series) which attracts some of the best racers in Western Canada. We had about 16-18 entries in 12th Stock.

Unfortunately I had to run the standard Dynamic Strut front end because I managed to strip the threads in the alloy pivot balls on the front of the lower A-arms (the ones that capture the upper arm mount screws). The car was AWESOME all weekend even with the old front end. Ran Jason's standard setup (minus the front-end) with Lilac fronts and Yellow rears and it was just so easy to drive. I managed to qualify 6th overall and in the Main I had 4th pretty much sewn up until I stuffed it in the board on the second-to-last lap and ended up 6th .

Car was great and I'm looking forward to getting the new front-end fixed up for our next series race in January!

Cheers,
Mike

If you price out any of the other cars and then the upgrades needed to make it comparable, you are exceeding the price of our car. We didnt go to molded pods, standoffs, cheap C/F, and steel turnbuckles ect so we can drop the price. I went with making the best possible car i could and this costs more. For those who just want inexpensive, our car is not the one for you. There are cheap cars out there for those people. Just keep in mind,as with anything, you get what you pay for.

I was only making a joke (maybe it was a bad one). I have one of your cars already. I'd like to get the new one but I haven't been racing much at all this year so I can't justify buying a new car now. Hopefully, things will change and I can pick up the new car and get back to the track.

Double pink is 35 shore and team purple is 38 shore which is the same as a lilac.

Na buddy, its fine. I just need to clerify when things like that are said for new or potential customers when looking to buy a new car. Sometimes they dont understand the price differences between the cars. I need to point out why our car costs as much as it does. Just need to make sure they understand the quality differences and parts cost differences between us and the competition.

To be honest, I don't think that the CH12 is expensive at all. At least not overhere in Europe. If I compare it to a CRC, Associated and a Corally. The CH12 is in the same price range as the CRC & Associated. The Corally however is far more expensive overhere than the CH12.

And if then you look at what you get buying a CH12 NFE, I think the car is cheaper than the CRC & Asso...
