Any updates? How about thoughts on these new shorty packs and how they will affect 1/12th in general?

Nothing new as of right now. I have alot of big jobs that i am in the middle of right now that has all of my machines filled but i will be getting back on the new stuff soon. I was hoping to have it completed by now but things got super busy and the work is very complex and has been taking alot of my time. I will keep you posted though.

Softened the car up a tad more....made a few front-end changes along with a new saucing technique & gearing/timing adjustment and !VOILA!, total 'dial-ness'. Qualified 3rd but finished in 1st. The car just railed the corners and rotated superbly. I like a 'nosey' car but the rear wasn't too stuck to where it fought against the frontend. Nice balance. I love this car.....
Sweet bro, I was wondering where you have been. Good job.

Thanks bruh. I'm still around and following what's new. Working 70hrs/week puts a damper on my racing fix. But we had a good time. Got to get in touch with ya though....gotta order some tyres/parts.

Well tomorrow is my first race i have spent awhile reading a good few articles and stickys about setups.

Im wondering if there is any inside tips the BMI guys can let me know about working with the CopperHead 12 tomorrow.

Right now i got magenta fronts 42.5mm and pinkrears 43.5mm on fresh crc carpet. Have 4mm Rideheight and a blue center spring. Going to start roll out at 85-87mm as track seems to be nice and flowing class is 17.5 Blinky

Well if the carpet is really fresh, meaning no groove, it'll take awhile for the traction to come up so just drive easy. Once the bite comes up I think you'll want to go up on the rollout, seems that alot of the Vegas setups were in the high 90 to 100mm rollouts at the IIC for 17.5 blinky.

Well ran the bmitoday car was great and felt amazing. I ran pink rears and magenta fronts and car was dialed but around the 5 min market the front tires would glaze and the front end would push. I switched to purples only tires i had they worked better but still not perfect. I know few others ran pink magenta with no problems and im wondering would a soft rear that make the car not want to rotate and cause that? im thinking of trying magenta magenta next sunday to see but wanted see other opinnions

was it you that raced at zaks on sat.. and i got you up to speed?

for what u were told dont believe a word! its a certian kinda carpet and the rear isnt losing bite but the front is gaining bite and thats why its hard to drive
