im just getting back in to onroad, everyone using rubber tire for indoor carpet what compond tire is the most commonly used for stock touring carpet?

Most larger race events use the JACO Blue premount tires. They have incredible durability, and the grip is really good for most carpet tracks.

Go to the track you plan to run at. Locate the owner or race director. Ask them what tires are spec'd/mandatory for the class you plan to run. Or, figure out what is the most used tire at the track.
