Carbon fibre stickers on bodyshell
Might not be an appropriate thread here but I'm an electric racer so it feels like home here...
So how do guys apply carbon fibre stickers on your bodyshell? Is it glued onto the bodyshell from the outside or from the inside?
Most stickers i found has adhesive on the back which means it needs to be glued onto the bodyshell from the outside... is that the right way of doing so?

Yes the self adhesive stuff will get damaged super easily. The adhesive isn't very strong either so it's very likely to peel of the smooth lexan. That stuff is better for covering other things like servo & receiver labels or rough plastic...
What your looking for is a special mask that allows you to make your paint job look like carbon fiber. People use a sheet of non-slip shelf liner from a home store that looks like a small checkerboard. You place a piece of that sheet inside the body after you finish all your masking. Tape it in place and give the body a very light dusting of silver spray paint (yes on the inside). Then you remove the checkerboard mask and re-spray the area with black. Once finished, the painted area looks just like that faux carbon-fiber decal sheet, expect it won't get damaged when you flip over...
