Default Airtronics

hey guys, wondering if there is anyone working for airtronics on this forum, i've been trying to email the company about questions with the return of a fualty working rx, but i keep getting a stupid automated email right back! For this question i really need to talk to a rep. from the company, and lond distance calling is not my favorite thing in the world, when email is supposably available.

You do realize that you have opened your self up for a lot of cracks about how bad you long distance plan is...lol!

Just call them. It will take ~5 minutes to get it all sorted out.

By the way I pay .07 per minute with AT&T so a 5 minute call costs me .30 cents.

I just use my cell phone; long distance is free to anywhere in the US. I'm not sure why people even keep land lines any more for anything but FAX service -- and even that can be done through the internet.

well we use a land line because none of our phones get reception inside the house (ATT and Cingular)

i'm lucky enough to be local to airtronics. i've mentioned this before on another thread, airtronics has kick ass customer service. i'll drop stuff off in the morning, and it'll be ready within a couple hours. i've even waited in their little waiting area while they fixed my gear.

have to agree w/ everybody, else just call 'em. i would even go so far as to ask for bobby tom. i was referred to him awhile back, and ever since i met him, i've received great service.

also, if you get the receptionist with the accent (i wish i can remember her name), she knows her stuff, maybe she can help you as well.
