It won't be stuffed, jsut needs a clean up.
Have you ever cleaned it out?
There are a few basic things you need to do with a brushed motor to keep it going well:
1. Spray it out with electrical contact cleaner every now and then until what comes out is clear.
2. Lube the bushes with bearing oil. A drop on each side every few runs is all it takes.
3. If you have never replaced the brushes, that is probably your problem. They will be worn out and need to be replaced. Easy on a Tamiya motor as they are screwed in, not soldered on.
4. The comm may need to be cut. Not many people have comm lathes these days, but your local hobby shop may, give them a call.
Do all of the above and it will be as good as new, for a few $$$ instead of a new motor.
