+1 for the 917 (even thou it would handle like !@#$)
ive seen a 1/12 porshe, its too late and not enough sleep to remember the model number but it was the last years of the famed 917 with the longer tail

ive seen a grand national before,,, they used to make more offbeat makes in the 80's and 90's

i snagged a couple new 1/12th 69 charger bodies off eVILbay a few years ago,,, just gotta search





man i gotta kick my self in the butt after seeing that 917, i slipped an opportunity to buy a complete kit car version with a corvair drivetrain about 10 years ago,,, what a sweet daily driver that woulda been

Tamiya had a 1/12th 956 But it only fit their car. Frewer did a back pour mold copy of the Tamiya 956 and modified it to fit normal 1/12th cars. Bolink had a 1/12th 962. There were several 956/962s in 1/1th scale. Andy's made the best looking 962 ever in a 1/10th pan car body.

I will second the GNX. I had a 917 for 1/10 scale years ago. Kyosho used to make a shell like that for their 1/12 scale cars. The ones that had the aluminum bar across the front suspension.

+2 on the 917... and I would like to see it in 1/10th scale for a 190mm chassis as well as 1/12th scale.

On the Trans-Am front a notch-back Mustang and a Javelin in 1/10th would be cool as well.
