Not sure how much this might help but here is where I was running my L4, it sure seemed to run smooth:
Front tire size:1.75
Front tire: Purple
Sauce:Half (Paragon Ground Effects)
Front spring: .020
Front caster: 1 Shim On Each Side
Front camber: 1
Lower a-arm: Stock
Degree of reactive caster block: 10
Servo Mounting: Flat
Bump Toe (In, Neutral, Out): 0
Front ride height: 3.5mm
Center ride height: Pod Level
Rear ride height: 3.5mm
Center shock spring: Silver
Center shock oil: 50wt
Damper lube: See Below
T-Bar size: Thick AE Bar (75 Or More)
Any shims under T-bar?: No
Number of screws to pod (2 or 3): 2
Rear tire size: 1.85
Rear tire: Grey
Sauce: Full (Paragon Ground Effects)
Body: Parma Speed 8
Battery location: Back
When I ran the discs I was not running any fluid in the rear, I did purchase a CRC rear brace and tubes along with the IRS top plate and ran a heavy 7000-10000 lube in them with great results.
This should at least put you in the ballpark. If traction permits start making the car even stiffer and see how it runs.
