-cheaper batts, a 6 cell is more per cell than a 4 cell pack
-cheaper motors, the lower weight puts less strain, so you can use a higher turn motor
-cheaper servos, you can get a competition servo (top end) for $62
-no parts to break
-easy to build
-no maintenance, I was talking to the guy who won Cleveland last year, he says he spends at most 1/2 hr on his car per week
Plus its just so much fun to drive, and Ive only had it for 3 races, my batteries arent even broken in yet!
Setting up my 12scale and was browsing thru this thread and came across this.
Wish 1/12th will be back here in Manila! Too bad, It just could not pick up.
