Hobbytown: On the motors, 767 & 4499's work. You running 4 cell or 6? Assuming 4 cell, then you are a bit over springed, try 6.5(+) and 6.0 (-) FS units on the springs. I have 3 tuned for 4 cell, 2 GM3's and a Hellfire. GM3's both yeild simular #'s, 61W@20 amps & 71W@25 amps (TurboDyno 45). Hellfire yeilds 62W@20A & 72W@25A w/narrowed 766 brushes. New to tuning at 5.0v so I have no referance. Waiting on P2K2 arms to build 2 P2K2's for 1/12.
Fiddle Faddle: to new at 1/12 to answer definate a yes, but IRS does sell pinned diff. The notched replacement rings and pin materisl is #511N. I just bought the larger 1/10 ring axle for my 1/12. This one comes with pinning material and slots in the rings for the pin. Give Dave Irrgang at IRS a call IRS
Their calmping hub is much better than that screw on hub that Assoc uses!! Look for the new axle in spring of 03, will use D rings.
