I don't like the blue outlines. The "never forget" is cheesy and other than that it's not bad.

Not too crazy about the font and the Outlines.

I would probably stick with a Sans-Serif font. You seem to have too much text. Saying "Competition Electronics Turbo Thirty" is pretty redundant especially when that is what it is, it is recognizable and you are using CE as a sponsor.

You picked a pretty cool image I would think of a simpler solution with layout to show your name, sponsors buttons etc... unless you don't want to see the image. Maybe the buttons could be modified 3d graphic transparent stars from the flag.

Its a good start, like any design, revisions make it better.

Don't worry, there is always something that could be changed.
Most of the time you think about right after your done with it.

Sometimes I step away from a design for a few days and don't look at it. I am not saying what you did was bad, I just think the background is too cool to cover up. It is your design just being a little too constructive on it. Red/White/Blue text gradient could be cool too, just giving ideas to try.

I would look at doing something like this for the buttons...
I'm not crazy about the font for the name, but you get the idea...
