Sorry to post this here, but I couldn't find anywhere else...
Does anyone know who's responsible for missing packages shipped from an Online store in the US to Australia - online store or customer?.
The packages are always sent via normal Airmail and I have just had the second one (of about 6-7) go missing.
Do I have a foot to stand on, requesting the shop re-send the order?
There is no option on their site for the order to be sent registered mail otherwise I would request this.
