Missing Gear
Sorry to post this here, but I couldn't find anywhere else...
Does anyone know who's responsible for missing packages shipped from an Online store in the US to Australia - online store or customer?. The packages are always sent via normal Airmail and I have just had the second one (of about 6-7) go missing. Do I have a foot to stand on, requesting the shop re-send the order? There is no option on their site for the order to be sent registered mail otherwise I would request this. Thanks... |
I had a Tower Hobbies that didn't turn up. After waiting since the 30.1.04 I gave them a call and they resent the package the next day.
I told you Tower was the best. :D :D :D |
