What happened with my order was just a simple mistake. It was a large list of product and one item was left out. This can happen at any shop around the world.
Leo and sales staff were very quick to take care of this for me. Got an email with tracking number at 4am and its already on its way.

Yeah I'm not mad at all, I know things take time from Hong Kong, I'm more than happy with Leo and his team over there, so don't take my previous post as a complaint at all!
