Let me know you thoughts. The car have very quick and stable change of direction and seems to have no loss in speed due to the belt having an extra bearing to go round.

It is something I have been working on for a while. If I can prove its fast I have thought about releasing it.

You are right. Moving the motor up and down will have a small effect. This can be overcome by having a few spurs. As you change the pinion for a bigger one, change the spur for a smaller one.
I have found a company that makes belts. They are identical to the xray belts and they have a huge selection of sizes.

I assume there is a little drag but not enough to notice on the track.
And I'm not sure about wear yet as I've only done about 20 runs so far.

looks like you have reinvented the wheel the Xray t2 FOC edition had the same layout, and with a split at the rear of the top deck had no need for the bearing roller you have just before the front spool....however I always like the layout lots.
