Default Integy matching #s

Does integy fluff up the numbers a bit? I can't help but notice that there is a 50 second discrepacency between my numbers and the numbers on the cells .

They use 20 amp discharge rate, so all the numbers will be different from what all the other manufactures use (30 amp)
