Chris - Check out http://www.solaristires.com/ for details. I ran the Solairs soft tires at the Rosewood carpet track and down at Debbies with no problems. I probably have 20+ runs on a single set of soft tires between the two tracks. No problems at all.

We are running Solaris Medium pre-mounts on carpet.
Over the summer we were running Solaris Hard on prepared asphalt (smooth, blown off, sprayed with 50/50 soda/water).

The medium could work outside, they just wont last as long.

Medium are softer. Hards are a good spec tire for asphalt racing because they last long and don't drop off to much after a few runs. You can run the tire until you see cords.

I total agree. The hards this summer was a great spec tire to run. For me they ran better after a couple runs. When I first starting using them. I would get 8 to 12 runs. At the end of the summer I was getting 15 to 20 runs out of them before they would fall off.

I'm running mediums now on carpet and they have 20 runs on thems. It's getting time for a new set. Great tire.

Hey Brett,

I know it takes me a while to get to emails. Sorry.. I do respond just takes some time.

Michael takes care of our shipping at TOP USA and now also takes care of some of the shipping for Solaris Tires.

Thanks,

EJ
