Considering that it is not modified class and that none of the drivers had any decent lines this really is a norm. In our track both 1/18 and 1/12 are running unlimited motors/batteries (typo is 1/12 with 1S LiPo and 4.5-5.5T motor; 1/18 with 3S LiPo and ~5-7kv motors) the difference in laptimes is still ~3s. Probably with 1/18 pan car the difference would be half of that, but still 1/18 will never be as fast as 1/12 car, it's just against any physics
