does anyone know where to get a nice hardware kit for like a gen x or just 12th in general. something that would have screws nuts shims washers any kind of hardware you may need

Tony's Screws has good quality steel fasteners. no kit for a genx but he does have a rc12l4 kit.

there aren't that many different fasteners on a 1/12 scale so buying packs of 5 or 20 wouldn't be so bad. maybe if someone sent in a enough documentation to define a genx kit, he might add it to the catalog?

I'm still not a fan of stainless hardware, since it isn't as strong as most of the black oxide steel stuff like Tony's Screws sells. I'd place it in between aluminum and black oxide steel for strength.
