It was done on a milling machine at work and the plexiglass was cut larger than the window 3/8" around and milled so it sits flush with the top case. It's glued in with shoegoo and I can put things on top and it still protects the internals. Here's another pic in the light.

I cant Find PlexiGlass Anywhere around here I called all the local glass Co and They dont carry Any.

True R/C Racing try Home Depot. Thats where i got a sheet of lexan 1/4" thick and it was about $10. But when i put a level on it the board is not straight so im going to back it up with some thick plywood on the bottom side to see if it will straighten her out.
