No one weighs cars at my local track and I race again some ultra light Team Magic and Losi sedans so I don't add weight to my Mi3. All I do to balance it is shift my Core 5000 pack so it sits ~3mm past the edge of my chassis. Voila, perfect balance and no added weight!

Well if hes moving it 3 mm past the edge of the chassis it seems like there would be enough room to run some weight pretty close to down the middle. Especially where the belt starts rising to reach the layshaft pully. If its balanced without weight, then you could theoreticaly just add weight to hit minimum . . .right?

Actually, the front belt for the Mi2 is different. The Mi2 had an extremely long belt that went from the rear pulley to the front pulley.
