I LOVE MY SCHUI!!!!!!!

Had a great time at the Novak race. Great to place some faces with names and meet some of the team. I'm glad to be part of this!!

Shawn/Adam: I have the team pictures on my camera and once I get home I'll get them passed on to you guys.

Great run man. Like you said in the morning...you could only go up!

On a side note I met McGoo and for some reason always pictured him shorter :P

He's just as ugly as you pictured him though, right?

Default US Touring Car Champs....aka Novak Race

Man what a weekend.....it was good to meet everyone that made it out to the USTCC this weekend. Schumacher cars were working well all weekend. It took some time for most of us to adjust to the grip level. Steve's car got better and better all weekend and he had a great run in the mains......Derrick’s car was good just bad luck cost him a spot in the main....Rich did well for this being his first major race....Ken did great in the masters class he was in a 4 or 5 way tie for second had he not had a DNF he might have been higher up.....Bottoms worked all weekend to come to grip with the grip and in the end I think he had a great car just ran out of time.....McGoo had zero track time but was still able to have very respectable finishes....I’m sure there is someone else that I’m forgetting sorry......I had a good car and I just needed to drive it better but other then some ESC issues in the main I had a great time and I think the Schumacher team did well. I cant wait for the next time I get to run my car on some bite like that I will know how to handle it better now. Congrats to everyone and hope to see you guys a race again sometime soon.

Apex- I forgot to post up, the manual I saw was an original Mi2 manual. Not the EC. Sorry.

Yeah, pre-mounts are great. At least they were for a while. Back when Take-Off used the Cross rims, pre-mounts were all I ran. But when they(and everyone else) started using dish rims only, pre-mounts got old...in a HURRY!

I haven't used pre-mounts for a while now, just because of that.

Thankfully, Jaco has plans to make pre-mount rubber tires with its Prism wheels. When that happens, I'll be running their Green tires, and I'll be excited about pre-mounts again.

There was no Schui banner up that we saw and no room for the travel one this time, so we took it in front of the Take Off Tire banner. I know you guys have a Schui banner and I'll be there for more pictures. We should have a great time. See ya in 64 days.

Kevin Kane ran the SP GT in 13.5 Rubber class. at Novak. All rubber tires had to use Novak motors. He was in the A Main.

I have run the SP GT w/ a Novak 13.5 also. So far also had a few runs with a 10.5 SP motor. Both work well. The SP 10.5 seems to like way more gear then a Novak 10.5
