If you can, just unsolder them from the poles placing them vertical and re-solder them down horizontal. Most all high end ESC's are able to do this..

It's on at Vegas this year, I'll have a lot of practice before the race, so I wont look like such a novise lol.

Use some Rit clothes dye, boil it in water and dunk the parts in for a few minutes until you get the color you want.

I looked online and on the manual and was unable to find a part number for the 96t 64p spur gear. Does anyone have it handy?

cheers,
Even though they have slop, they dont pop off in a crash which is all that matters to me. Slop in the ballcups just makes the car easier to drive.

Advice from Master Schumacher Mi3 driver, Adrian Martinez, to use a plastic bag and place it on the ballstud, and then press the ballcup into the ballstud, and the it cuts a perfect cutout of the plastic bag and removes the slop. The Schumacher ballcups are exremely durable and very tough...better than RPM ballcups...if you have play, all you need to do is follow AdrianM's advice and you'll easily fix the "problem".

Yep sure does. I tried it and the 'trick' should be patented

On another note, finally got to run the car today and Weylin's set-up worked pretty good as my base set-up but with several progressive changes I made, the car is coming along nicely PW expect a phone call Monday , those blasted CVD pins got the best of my day 3 of 'em! It's all good though, Schumacher to the rescue

Final verdict- Awesome piece of toy car!
