Yeah, why not. I figure that I will see him in the Mullet anyway, so I may as well participate.

Hey thanx STLNLST for the 9x2 reedy motor, that is the most heavy-duty shipping job on a motor i've ever seen. Can i get a DC motorsports sticker for it? What is the usual maintenence routine you recommend? I put 5 volts into it and it sounded scarry fast cant wait to try it at the track. Shumacher community #1

Just one more inquirey: if i run carpet towers on the old Mi2 should I get the carpet spec EC shocks,or the asphalt spec EC shocks, or does it matter? If i buy the newer shocks do they include springs as well? Lmk friends, thanx again.

I'm glad you liked the motor. Just keep an eye on the brush wear and cut the comm every other run. It's pretty fast but with everyone running 7 turns now I have to pony up. I don't have any DC motor stickers right now....sorry. That is a Br00d motor left over from when I use to run for them. Contact Eddie O on his thread and maybe he might be able to hook you up with some stickers. That motor can be thrown off of a building and not get damaged the way it was packed in there....LOL

As for the shocks....they are the same no matter which car you get. The difference in the carpet car andthe asphalt car is the chassis, top deck, riser plates and a few other small differences. Jon Kerr will have the killer break down I'm sure.
