Hey guy's. just trying to get set up for a carpet race, that is coming up. what would be a good set of foams to pick up. I never ran on carpet before. Here we run 12th scale in the winter. So that mean I will have to wake my MI2 from her winter hybernation. So If any one can point me in the right derection.that would be great.
I beileve that Foams that avail are Jaco's. Oh yeah I would be running in stock and 19 turn.

my Mi2 is Is a carbon. with TFR shocks. I do have a complete AE springs set. and will be getting a stiffer top deck.

The EC will come with a wider bumper, but it still is very soft. Schumacher already has the P-Dub bumpers in stock

cyrrus...Jaco double pink/orange fronts and double pink rears. You should be able to goto the schumacher website for setups www.racing-cars.com

The setup files at the Gearchart.com site are Adobe Acrobat files. You will need a PDF reader to see them. You can get the PDF file reader at Adobe.com or at download.com. At download.com do a search for the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Look at some of Mo's setups. He is VERY fast. Good Luck....

Kid- Advil is right, get the Adobe reader and go get Mo's foam setup. You should be able to get a really good start from that. Let me know if you need anything else.

Get the ROAR Region 12 one from October. I think that one is the latest. Use Orange/Dbl pink & dbl pink if your running Jaco's. If using Jaco 2 stage, run 4 deg camber in front and 3 deg in rear.

One thing... this type of question doesn't really belong on the Schumacher forum. But since its alreayd here ... I wouldn't skimp when your purchasing a transmitter. You can use a radio for a really long time, and adventually you'll want the benefits of a top of the line radio so you'll most likely end up buying one anyway. Then the $100 or so you spent on the cheaper radio just becomes kind of a waste (you might be able to sell it for about $40 though). I don't know anything about the Hitec CRX, but the high end radios all have the useful adjustments and features and you wont have to buy a new one for a very long time. Radios dont really go out of date, heck the M8 is one of the oldest radios and still one of the best! Having multi model memory is a nice feature of the nicer radios too. Your radio is one of the most important things so I wouldn't skimp on it. If youre not serious about racing and just bash around and only planning on having 1 car so the multimodel memory doesnt matter you can save money and get a cheaper radio. But you wouldn't get a Schumacher then would you . Hope that helps you out.

mini dub i know it wasnt the place but u guy seem more honest so i trust what u say.
now some thing that has a lot to do with schumacher well atleast the mi2 how do you guys mount motor cooling fans??
pictures would be great its just its about 32'c about 90-92'f so i wana cool my motor a bit it came of the track after 2 1/2 packs and read about 75'c about 167'f which even for a 540 silver can motor is hot i think
