On teemu's car i notice that he is using the aluminum steering blocks on both sides of the rear arms. I'm still usting the plastick in the front of the rear and the aluminum on the rear. Is that how you guys are doing it or...???

I noticed Teemu was using tape for securing the batteries on the MI2EC -- will the production model require tape or use a graphite bar?

Do you mean the pivot blocks for the suspension arms? If so, yes, you want to use them for both, the front and rear mounts. You don't want the front of the arm mounted in plastic and the rear of the arm with alloy. The pivot pin heights are different on them.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to use the bar if you'd like. A lot of us have started using tape though. As much as I don't like using it, a battery brace can tweak the car if it's just a little too tight.

Opps! i noticed the holes were of different hights but didnt think twice becuase the alloy mount only had one screw hole as opposed to the plastic front mounts which only have one.
