I finally got my Mi2 up and running and now I see that Schumacher is coming out with a new car. Figures!!!

Is there going to be an upgrade kit for the older Mi2 to bring it up to current specs? If there is no kit, can I buy all the parts separate?

Thanks guys.

You should be able to buy most of the parts but it may cost more than just buying the new car. It's not that the Mi2 isn't competitive in it's current form. This kit basically is just everything that we've been doing to the car and developing on the car for the last 2 years.

I think Jon will be right but I am not sure as we haven't gotten a full price list for all the new stuff. There are a surprising number of differences between the Mi2 and the Mi2EC.

Thanks guys. Any idea on what the selling price is going to be when the EC comes out? I know I dont need it but I like to have the most current model of whatever car I drive.
Thanks

bob, the base setup that Chris and myself run at most UK National tracks is basically the Teemu Euros setup. I haven't done any work on a new carpet set-up yet, that starts in the next week or so!

This past weekend, we did drop the rear r/c to 1.5mm for a little more taction, and i also moved the front wishbone back to alter the steering.

If your car is so bad, i would also give it a good check over to be sure tha tyou don't have anything actually wrong with it. Doesn't matter how good the set-up is, if there is something wrong wiht the car.
