To get to 0 total toe though I think you need to go back to the 3 degree inboard and mount the 3 degree insert backwards..but I don't think there is a 3 degree insert. I gotta look in my parts box. If not the best you can do is run .5 degree (1.5 inboard then use the 1 degree carrier inserts backwards).

yep, they are very nice... one set of hubs gives you several rear toe options.. something else that has helped me with steering was raising the rear roll center by 1mm...

The website says it adjusts outboard 0-1-2. So it could get down to .5 with the standard kit inboard blocks and zero with the alloy ones.

that makes sense. I think that's what Nick is running too. I dunno though, they do so much odd stuff I can't keep up anymore. Just ask about tire compounds, lol.

Odd is good Jim. Every time I did some of that odd stuff to my car it kept getting faster every round. Heck you even screw up sometimes and find fast odd things.

BTW I counted the teeth on the belts the drive belt is 60t like the mission. But the front belt is 210t the mission had a 207t.

Default STOCK MOTORS

Hey all,

First let me start by saying my schu rocked this weekend. Started a bit shaky with the tail end sliding all over the place but by the time i made a few adjustments i was ready for Sunday.

Either way i wanted to ask if any of you can make a recommendation on stock motors for me. I've been powering with monsters since i got my first mission with great success but now i'm looking for that extra zing that will help me find two more laps. Dont get me wrong, the monsters have been good to me but it always seem like the team guys have some extra horses in their motors and i'm not sure why. What are you guys running? Where can i find a pro level stock motor.

Thanks,
R.

Sounds like we can start calling you Greg Biffle...you know, the test car that gets the off the wall set up on the car and experimental parts that may or may not last the entire race

Default About Foam tires...

If you are running any brand sedan on foam the ONLY tires you should have in your pit box are Orange/Dbl Pink (Cyan) Fronts and Dbl Pink (Magenta) rears. The statement about using Orange/Purple and Purple on high big tracks is not right.

The Novak Race, Snowbirds, Carpet Nats and Cleveland are the 4 highest bite races on Earth and everyone runs Orange/Dbl Pink (Cyan) Fronts and Dbl Pink (Magenta) rears.

The car is actually easier to drive with the softer tires as the seems to have less side bite. Don't ask me why but we have tested this over and over with the same result. If you run Orange/Purple and Purple on a high bite track you will traction roll.

We have not found a track or track condition were Orange/Purple and Purple were better than the Orange/Dbl Pink, Dbl Pink combo.

I am 99.9% sure this applies to all manufacturer's chassis...
