And who gave Brian the idea of how to get more rear traction?

Brian and Gabe did have a really good setup on med/low bite carpet.

mini-dub, DavidAlford, gporta77:

Thank you very much for the replies.

I did keep the clips and I will try those first. I would like to try and avoid cutting the collar for now. I will see if I can flip them but when I tried on one shock it didn't seem to want to go in. I will try again.

gporta77, DavidAlford: It would be awesome to see your setup. I am going to practice with Adrian's suggestion first and then I would like to experiment from there. I would love to have something else to reference.

PM me the setup or tell me where I can get it.

Thank you everyone for all the help

B patterson:

If you are looking online try:

www.speedtechrc.com or www.kthobbies.com

Otherwise, ask your local hobby shop to contact schumacher at http://www.racing-cars.com/usa/

Suspension mts raised .8mm
(2) 1/8" caster clips on shock shaft to limit
up travel.

How have u done both of those ?

& have u got custom made shock towers becuase the camber link isnt in one of the original holes ?

Those are the lowered "carpet" towers. The reason for the up travel limiters is because I am using Tamiya shocks. With the kit shocks, you should not need them. If you are running the kit shock towers, run the upper, inner hole for the camber link and use the inner shock mount hole on the front tower. Set the rest of the car up the way the sheet shows and give that a try.

there is a shock that has theads that is purple that is on the acadame car st pro I took the shocks off it and put them on my axis pro 2 used the same shock length as the mi2 uses and ae springs with shumacher ball cups and they work great. very easy to build and and looks like they should have came with the car and are also threaded.

The tab there should be taken care of and I plan on preping for the upcoming Carpet Regionals by running this Sat. The Cop also said that Soccer season will be ending soon and he'll be back out too. Hope to see you this weekend...

WELCOME BAAAAACK! Harlem has missed you......(I doubt that you'll get this joke)
