Is there any word on when the general public will be able to get an mi2. The waiting is starting to get to me.

Hey guys heres my setup from this weekend. Car was good. Sould have used 6deg blocks though. Its a tight track about 8 second lap times. High traction though. Qualified 4th in the A. Finished 6th.

I'm waiting on my car to arive ,just need to know what castor blocks come in the kit . A list of NICE TO HAVE parts would be great. If others are waiting for castor blocks then how long will the rest of us have to wait?

well, 4 degree comes in the kit. Some thing that you may want to consider: Aluminum Steering Knuckes (Not necessary)
Aluminum Spur Gear Adapter (so you can run 64 PITCH!!)
some extra a-arms
" " front knuckles

I think that the kits will be here this week...Im sure Paul or Adrian will be here to let every one know as soon as they come it.

On another note they already have about 90% of all the parts for the car in stock. The alloy hop-ups are about the only thing they dont have yet...but should be here soon as well.

What are the hop-ups going to be? Is there a parts list so I can order them and have them in time for when the kit arrives?
Thanks

not a joke i thought maybe it was 1/8th scale off road since it's pretty popular. Never mind.

The only hop ups listed in the back of the instruction manual are:
U2744 Alloy gear adapter
U1818 Alloy shock seal housings
U2461 17th Alloy layshaft pulley
U2460 20th Alloy layshaft pulley
U2401 alloy wheel hex's
U2740 Alloy front hub carriers
U2739 Alloy 4 degree castor blocks
U2741 alloy rear hub carriers
H1024 Alloy motor heatsink

Thats it for alloy parts.

Also listed are ft and rear carbon arms U2765 and U2766

We here at Schumacher are truly sorry for the many delays and I can assure you that everyone is working very hard to make this happen. Not to make excuses, but we have had some major set backs with many suppliers quality (materials, bearings etc etc)

Thank you for all your patients and I can assure you it will be well worth the wait.

I remember back when I was with Associated and the TC3 was delayed for over a year and half. The racers all but declared war with Associated and its drivers....LOL

Yes, what Paul said is very true, and everyone who gets the car will be very pleased with all aspects of it.

Stl: The only changes I made was 40 wt oil and the same springs all the way around. If you start with PWs setup, once you add HP, you should be fine. Remember, those batteries hadn't been cycled and went flat which would add steering to the car. Can't race next weekend, but I will be running 19t the week after...
