Default Snowbirds set up

If any of you are planning to get the new Mi2 and run carpet here is my set up from Snowbirds. Car was really good.

Front:
#3 piston
60 wt Losi
38 lb X-Ray spring
62 mm shock length
1 mm up travel (droop)
shocks are in on arm and all the way in on tower
camber link is up and in
6 degree caster block
.030 anti-dive
arms forward
no arm sweep
-1.5 camber
middle holes used on bellcrank
motor spaced out 2.5mm
5mm ride height

Rear:
#3 piston
45 wt. Losi
28 lb. X-ray lavender spring
62mm shock length
1.5 mm up travel (droop)
shocks are in third hole on arm and one in from outside on tower
roll center raised 1mm
arms forward
1.5 rear toe
-1.5 camber
5mm ride height

battery position angled (see x's below)
x
x
x
20 tooth pulley
132 PRS spur (coming soon)

solid top deck (coming soon)
Warpspeed shock towers (coming soon)
Protoform Stratus 2.0
BSR purple-orange front tire (2.20)
BSR purple rear tire (2.20)

Only change I made for 19t was double pink rear tires and double pink orange front tires.......

Battery picture did not turn out right....... Sorry.

I ran the battery in the forward position and ran the front at the inner most setting and the rear was in the outter most setting.

Mi2s are now available from Australia. Seling fast and are very popular!

Check your local Schumacher distributor. Metro Hobbies in Melbourne have them now.

We didnt have the TakeOff's ready for the birds. We are still working on them.

could you give a close set up for asphalt close track for the mi2. if it comes with that med. track set up like most kits that will be great im sure it does. but would like to know thanks!

PW TQ'd and Won Spec 19 and Mod at our first Florida State Series race with this setup.

You know-I wasnt half bad at 0.12 touring the other summer.....Maybe its time to buy an R12!!!

Anyone want to buy one of the best, most competetive Serpent Impact WC02 packages in the country so I can buy an R12??

It shouldn't be long now. I can't wait. Testing different set up's will be fun. I'll see what the kit standard set up is like and I'll also run the set up Adrian posted and go from there.
