With the infinite battery adjustabilty the Mi2 offers there might be times when you will space the motor out. Remember this car is still very new to me(always learning)

Without threaded shocks you will need bigger preload spacers. If you dont have the ones that came in the kit you can use any brand they all fit fine.

One of the questions posed to me since I posted those pictures was about the shocks; I talked to Paul about it at the race and forgot to mention it with the pictures.

Yes, those are Tamiya TRF shocks; they are/were testing different types of shocks to see how the car's handling was affected. As to what type of shocks will ship with the car, I'll leave that for Adrian to answer.

Paul had his Mi2 on fire this weekend. As well as the other team guys were nipping on his heels with the trusty Mission. I believe Paul won Open Mod, not sure about 19t, pretty sure he won that too. Troy was fast all weekend in mod too. Cannot wait fo rhte new car.

PW (Mi2) Tq'd and Won Mod and 19T at the 1st state race. Troy Schafer (Mission) was also fast all weekend and made PW sweat a bit towards the end of the main.

Steve McNichols (Mission) TQ'd Stock and finished 3rd. He got rear ended at the start and still finished 3rd with a broken chassis, upper arm and a shock poped off on the right rear. I was just as impressed by that as a would have been by a win.
