PW- Have you tested the car on low bite asphalt yet? I'm just curious as to how different a set up might be in low and high bite conditions. Speedworld and Ripon are high bite but some of these parking lot races don't spray as well. I plan on racing at quite a few tracks this year but if practice time is limited then I will need a standard low-med bite set up. I gotta go and look at Tessa's first body........I'll post pics once I get my car.

Thats why I am glad I have mine already ordered Almost forgot, congrats on the regionals. Looks like your already learning the new car quickly. Any recomendations for "hop-ups" other than the spur gear adapter. I know the car comes loaded already. It's been a longgggg time since i have been able to race and I wanna come back in style! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone out there!

STLNLST - All of the UK is low bite...even their carpet tracks! The Mi2 is doing very well there. Team driver Chris Ashton finished 5th right behind Spashett at the last national with a proto Mi2.

The SST cars had lots of grip...too much for some surfaces. The Mi2 is more neutral. If you have too much grip with an Mi2 you change a few things and you car is free. Too little traction, change a few things and you car is stuck. What ever you want is just a few simple adjustments away.

We do get some high grip stuff over here you know!!!

Although I spent half a day running the car on a real greasy track. There had been some rain and it never really dried out. Just like Adrian says the car was real neutral and didn't want to do anything stupid.

AdrianM- Thanks for the reply. I'm sure the car will be killer. Just gearing up for when Tessa comes home....LOL Also I can't really tell from some of the pics but how many shock adjustment holes are in the rear arms? It looks like two but I can't really tell. Can the shock be moved outward from the position shown on the pics? Sorry for all of the questions. Merry X-mas to you and yours.

Hey Clint....The rear arms have 4 shock mounting positions and the front has 2. It seems like we will probably use the 2 outer most holes on the rear arms though

Bob....Hop-ups to have will be the gear adaptor (as you mentioned), alloy pulley and Titanium shock mounts....There will be more cool hop-ups, but these are the recommended ones

Well time for me to start my X-mass shopping.....LOL

Hey Bob.....Most of the hopups should be ready at the same time as the car.

PW- just giving you an update on the racing scene out here. I broke in the main this past weekend (lost a wheel nut) I was running in 4th until I had an accident which I think caused the nut too start to work itself loose and me trying to make the time up only made things worse. The big two day race is two weeks away. Last year a few guys from Socal came up to practice for the snowbirds so I'm hoping that the same thing happens again this year. I'm sure that you keep up on the racing out here from the race results page. I lost your email address so if you could please sned it to me again it would be greatly appreciated.

Clint
