Very few team drivers have the car. From what I've been told, there is only one MI2 in the US.

I had two brand new versions that I tried to run in my Missions. My only advice is to use the supplied servo tape (only the factory Novak tape works) and mount it inside the box it came with. Then go buy a Keyence.

Default Mission/GT7

Bago'
I've been using a GT7 on my mission for a while now. It was more difficult to mount than my cyclone because although the speed control is smaller, the actual footprint is larger due to the direction the wires come out of it. I can't post pictures right now but here's what I did: I mounted it with the motor wires facing the motor. I added longer wires for the capacitor and mounted it forward, below the upper deck. I made a new motor wire harness which positioned the Schottky board properly right between the motor and speed control (getting that right was the hardest part). You could also use the other type of Schottky board from Novak that has its own wires-you can mount it on the chassis and run the wires to the motor. It took some head scratching but when I got done the installation was quite clean and this is the best speed control I've ever used.

The MI2 will be the best kit that Schumacher has produced, so obviously it will take a little while for things to happen. Dont sweat it though, cauz I am a team driver and I am not even worrying about it! Just remember that Schumacher will never release something, if it is not 100% correct. The latest pics of the MI2 are in the newest car action.

King-G gets the prize

UPDATE
Lets just say the original prototype already looks dated

Plans went from just bolt-on updates (suspension etc) to a full fledged assult on the touring car market. Prototype V2.0 is only days away

The website has been slow do to a new project launch (hint hint) for the first of the year

I think I know what's going on. I hope I'm right, because the delay will be for the better.

Yeah, I like the Assasin too. But like your losing interest in the Mi2, I've lost interest in the Assassin.

$400-car
+
$150-mid motor conversion...

...just to get to a car that reminds me of my old Mission.....don't thinks so! They said the Pro(read as...affoardable)version would be out by late fall....its late fall now, and still only the Master kit. A word of warning, go read the thread and the problems some people are having before you commit to what is essentially a market test kit.

There are really only two companies that I put all my faith in that they will produce something special each time the make a completely new car. Thats Corally and Schumacher...

I just hope that unlike Corally, Schumacher's something special wont cost me $550+!

The Mi2 is the only TC that has caught my eye of late(other than the Yok SD that I run now). So I'm definitely looking forward to it.
