Thanks for the setup Paul,

What HPI insert are you running with the sorex tires? Have you tried 24R'S.

Madmaxtc.

yes 25 is a good place to start it all depends on how big your track is. If it is wide open you might go up to 27.

Dragonmxm

I use HPI green and red inserts in my sorex tires. I have used 24r's as well. I find that if there is a lot of traction in the carpet they will heat up fast then get slick around the 2-3 min mark. If the carpet has low traction (ie new layout or just after the carpet has been vacumm'd) they work great. For stock I prefer the 28's and for mod I prefer the 32's I have even used 36's indoor's in mod for trophy race mains when there is tons of traction and rubber in the carpet.

Hope this helps

Fatdoggy; I've noticed that Schumacher have stopped updating pictures of the new Mission on their site...

I guess they're just to busy wrapping....

And it's not even X-Mas yet!

One of the best things about this car is just looking at how clean the chassis is. That was a big turn off for me with my A2. With this car it looks like everything can sit in there perfect.

fatdoggy- It better be good on carpet because everyone is shooting for Dominic F. this year as he pretty much owned carpet last year. Racer X will also have his but I don't know if he's going to the first carpet race.

Raceer X- Are you going to the first carpet race? Also....can you please bring me some putnam stickers on Saturday?

STLNLST..... I'm sure that the Mission will be just as good as the Axis on carpet if not better. There will be plenty of team drivers running on carpet all winter long so the help will be there. Hopefuly there will be lots of track time before Cleveland with the top guys running the cars to get them dialed in on Foams. Keep an eye out for this car to have a good winter/carpet season and carry over into the summer aswell.

STL: I will probably go to the first Sat carpet race, but I have some travelling for work coming up, so I'll probably miss a race or two in Nov.

BTW: I think the word is 'refined' (at least thats the word I plan on using in the review). The Mission just looks very nicely finished. It also has everything it needs to have now coming in the kit. The Mission (IMHO) will help Schumacher take a big step forward out of the pack of TCs...The folks at Schumacher should really be proud...

...around a week left (with shipping)

Dragonxmx You can always change the shocks to a nice set of alum threaded ones can't you .

STLNLST I hope it's awsome on carpet and kicks the crap out of some of the amercian cars lol.

Hey guys, quick question on the in-line ball stud position for steering and the rear end. How does this affect the handling of the car? Right now my car seems to turn in the very middle of the car, like it pivots around a corner. It doesn't drive very smooth. Looking for a little help. Oh yah, its an A2. Thanks.
