Rcshark- I want to come, but probably can't afford it. I'm gonna try. If a coupel more people order paint jobs in the next week or so maybe I could afford it...heheh (hint, hint)
On Alex's setup which was Andrew's setup from the Birds- most of you probably already know this, but for those that don't- his droop was 5.5/6mm fr/rr respectively. That's referring to his chassis' height at full shock extension. In other words; his ride height was 5mm-5.5mm at full extension = .5mm of actual droop. 1mm in the rear.
Did you guys notice he was running TWO upper decks stacked together for stiffness?! If I remember correctly, they were both carpet upper decks.

I must note that Alex didn't use the double top-deck.

Well I ran my new Mission today and man was I impressed. I have had every touring car they made since 98 and this is without a doubt their best effort to date. I had it dialed at my local track in 2 practice runs. TQ'ed and won going away in the main buy 2 laps. It was better than I thought it would be.
It was super smooth and easy to drive on our local indoor asphalt track. We run foams and it was dialed.
What gear reduction do most of you guys use? I tried both and ended up with the 2.12 setup. On the carriers do most run the outer ones and what do most seem to run as far as the position on the bulkhead?
I run the outer holes on the carriers and the top hole on the bulkhead. Car was stable and had trememdous steering. Traction was great all around but I would like to try the lower holes in the bulkhead and see how it reacts.

Hey its Brian Reigle. The TCS is next Sunday. The new layout for the TCS is fun. We ran it tonight nad it is fast but you still need a car that corners well. I ran my new Shuie in stock and it was a fast layout that rewards you for having a good cornering car.

I'm not sure I might know you...LOL, I'm pretty bad with names.
I raced the TCS last year and it was fun, even though there was a 3 hour lay-over between heats, I had to use my toolbo as a chair, and I was in my heats with the biggest hack in the entire GT2 class....LOL
I ask because the last time I was at RCO I raced a Mission......
I don't own any Tamiya cars (except for my wifes mini), do ya think if I slapped a bunch of Tamiya stickers on my losi it would pass tech....LOL
I hope to make it up in a few weeks, I'll wear my Shumacher T-shirt, so all the other Losi guys beat me up....LOL

I think I remember you. I can only remember one guy that came up last year with a Mission. I would guess that would more than likely been you. I think at the time I was running the Yoke SP when you would have been up.
