Hey Marcos, I couldn't get ahold of Adrian radio so I went out and got one. Dude this thing makes my last radio SLOWWW. I'm at 60% EPA L/R, positive 30% EXPO and I don't even think that's enough LOL. The funny thing is, is that I'm still using the micro receiver, not even the faster one that it comes with......WOW.
I'll call you later; did you get paypal

Need Advice
Hey everyone!
I hope this isn't in the wrong forum but after a few years of being gone, I'm ready to return to on-road racing. I dusted off my Mission and am going to buy some brushless gear (charger, battery, motor, esc).
But, I'm a little concerned about gearing for my Mission. The local track is running 10.5 brushless motors. What gearing do you recommend?
Thanks for the help!!!!

Is there a general concensus about whether a 10.5 or a well tuned 19t komodo or Atlas is faster?

10.5 all day long! At the Nats, I barely could hang on with a 10.5. I had to throw in a 19T b/c i couldn't control the amount of torque the motor had with such high bite.....
and yes...i am still lurking.....

like marc stated, the 10.5 will give you way more power output. however, i haven't seen many people actually go faster with one than with a 19t (on the clock). i have been around the same speed with both for hot laps and over 5 minutes. however, i drive the 19t better and can drive in hotter with it due to the drag effect of a brushed motor. a 10.5 makes the car drive like it's broken. but it's something we're going to have to adapt to ...

I'm so used to the 'feel' of brushless all I need now is massive 'hand-brake effect'. I've adapted using brakes w/my driving now, so dialing in the right amount & when, is proving itself to be somewhat of a challenge.
Maybe that's why I'm always fiddlin', LOL
