Alex is very fast in practice today. Timmy is getting there very quickly. PW is hooked up and flying but cant dodge the novice stock drivers in practice well enought to get a clean run. He told me he got punted off the track so hard his front shock tower punched through the hood of his body.

Yes Timmy is runnin stock and I gotta give a little Wooot Wooo out to the short stack I hope he can make the main. I know hes got the Skill I thought him everything he knows Good luck guys and tell PW I feel his pain.......at least he did not have to pull his car outa the chain-link fence.....outch that hurt.

Hey Adrian.. Just installed the new Warpspeed chassis. Two questions. When you run the motor shifted to the left what do you use for a belt tensioner? Is there a longer one? And second to run the servo in the crossways position what do you use for bellcranks?

P.S. For any of you out there thinking of buying one of these chassis My car just tweaked perfectly right after building it. Plus there is a TON more room to mount reciever, speedo and transponder on the left side!!

Kevin K... I am converting my shocks to the losi shaft with the asociated pistons and I have a couple of questions. For my foam car I am using Rob Love's setup with #2 pistons and 80 weight oil. What piston and oil are you using for rubber on carpet? I also measured the kit pistons and the associated and I found the stock pistons to run about .005 bigger than the associated... is this going to be a problem?

I think a lot of the guys are using the losi pistons in the schuie shocks. I am running #56 losi black pistons with the losi gold shafts (.36). I can't remember who said it on here, but a few posts back someone said that the associated pistons are slightly too small and let a little too much oil through on the outsides. Also if you use the Losi shafts, the pistons are a direct fit you dont have to do any filing on the pistons.

JonB... thanks... I will measure up some of my Losi pistons. I am still gonna use the asc. pistons in my foam car, I talked to Rob love and he recomended them with his setup so I will start there.

Ottoman.....I ran the #2's and #3's the 3's in the front and thats still what I am using now with foams on carpet. I have been going to Trackside on sundays to get some practice on foams and my car is working very well right now. I will be there this sunday if you can make it down. I think that the extra blow by is not to much of a problem.

Kevin K... thanks for the info, wont make it down Sunday... got to race 1/1 scale car sat night.. no time to finish foam car. I picked up a second mission for the foam mod class and we are running the other in stock.. What piston/oil combo in your rubber tire car setup?
