Awesome job. Nice to see you do so well.

Hi Steve (Srw141)

Which of Jimmy's setups did you start with and what did you change?

Thanks

Tony

Tony, I started with his Vegas setup. I will post the setup sheet in a couple of days. Off the top of head. Changed front camber to 2 degree. Changed front springs to xray 20lbs. I think the front arm shim 3mm and rear arm shims 2.5mm. Moved rear shocks. (top out one hole) I will do a full sheet soon.

for this race i actually went down a tooth on the pinion, 27/85, and turned the timing down to #4 on the programer. i was a little slow going into the corners as the Mi3 plus the way i drive, its likes to "lift" the inside wheels so i would get reeled going in, but coming out i would pull away and continue stretch it out some on the straight. #2 qualifier was brian bodine of "slapmaster" fame (Look up web site for some cool goodies for your 1/12 scalers) #3 was dave elrich (sp) team corally driver. both were impressed with SP. #4 was a brushed 19t, and after that i didn't notice. i may have 2 and 3 qualifiers mixed up but they were both running novaks. Garrett Smith, team br00d motor builder and tuner was running a SP-GT in mod and liked it,
I had a new in box GT and a couple of Motors and i was passing them and letting people check them out. everyone loved the programing box

Good news everyone!!!! <~~I stole that from Futurama

U3248 - 96t Spur gears are in stock and shipping immediately, get you LHS on the horn and get the orders placed.

I told you guys I'd make the Birds

If there are privateer racers going to the birds please get in contact with me if you need these cause Shawn is going to make a hand delivery on Tuesday to the hotel and we can make sure you get your gears to you for the race.

On that note Shawn will be at day 1 of the Birds, were not so sure on Wednesday and Thursday yet, but I'll be there Friday night and through the weekend. (thanks Yang and Monte)

Status on the "new gears" 90t and such should be coming in the next couple weeks as of our last update from across the pond. If you absolutely have to have the lowest possible gear I have 48P 70T spurs (U3247)
