What a weekend!!! Flight was delayed on Thursday night and didn't get to hotel until 12:30am. Charged up 3 packs that night (2 shorted out in my battery case that night
) Showed up first thing in the morning on Friday and had about 5 packs of practice. The bite was nutty and I think everyone ended up softening up their car. I just wasn't able to get everything quite right. The car felt and looked good, but I just couldn't get down to where the big boys were.
Call it lack of practice, knowledge, driving, or according to Mr. Seaball - pure lack of talent - either way, I walked away happy. I ended up in the C in 10.5 and the B in 13.5 and I was surrounded by great company in both mains.
I gotta give props to all the Schuie Team - 3 out of the 8 on the team put there Mi3's in A-mains!!!! I can't wait until next year. I loved running brushless!!! Tons of fun!!!
I know Marker was running the SP 13.5/GTB combo in foam and I chose not to run the SP stuff just bc of unfamiliarity
