spent the weekend at a very large indoor carpet track, first race ever on it. ran the 5 cell chassis and spec sorex premount 28's qualified 7th finished 3rd, traction was very high, for reference one of the corally drivers that was at vegas said we had higher traction. the car was assume on the fresh stuff friday and saturday morning, when traction came up i couldn't stop it from traction rolling, no ones setup worked, ended up having to ca the sidewalls and i just hate that. over all great weekend. and as always, "i learned a ton about what not to do"

special thanks to randy at high velocity for the last mintue spare parts.

The circlip ring wrench is actually made by WIHA and they are one of the must have's for any rc tool box. It makes your life 10x easier when rebuilding diffs.

Where are your endpoints set? Is 100% when the steering block hits the c-hub, or are you using a shim on the c-hub to limit travel?

when I put my D/R at 100%,the steering knuckle(with 2mm shim) just barely touches the C hub.

. . and at 50% throw you have a 4 foot circle? Radius or diameter?

Whats up guys, when I first got into sedan I bought 2 Mi3's, one for carpet and one for asphalt, but I built both of them for asphalt and havent touched carpet yet. I'm looking to sell off one of my cars that's about 2 months old, and only about 3 racedays on it. It's a stock Mi3 kit, front spool rear diff. It has the Schumacher ceramic bearing kit installed. Randy went through it and put titanium screws in all the places he runs them (low stress areas) and built the shocks for me. The rear diff, spool, spur gear & center pulley, shock towers, and upper deck are all brand new. It also has Mi2 arms on it.

Sorry about the pics, I took them with my cell phone. Asking $300 shipped! PM me if interested.

Shaun/Adam.

When you are in the cart and about to checkout the "shop4more" button does not work. It gives a 404 error

Not a big deal I placed my order anyway

Diff maintenance? What's that? I whoop Solara on this thread with sand in my diffs from 4 months ago

Also I see Core R/C has black and blue strapping tape in the UK. Is this the strong kind like Team1RC or Xenon style or low tack/weak like the Mi2 used to come with?

If it's the wide strong kind when will this be sold in the U.S?
