I wanted to let all of you privateer racers out there (un-sponsored racers). If you want see your face or just want to let the world know how you did, please email us your local race results and please add pictures and we will post them on our website as well as sending it out as an official press release. This is applies to the sponsored racers as well, lets let the world know how Schumacher USA is doing. Shawn and my contact info is below, email either one of us and itíll get posted. Were working towards more updates on the website but we canít do it without the content.

So how are guys getting around clearance problems?

Comments along with pics are definitely welcome.

Thanks in advance.
I have found that using just the plastic servo horn that the car is prone to "jump" teeth on the horn if there is a hit in place. This makes the car not track straight.

I have found that the med. kimbrough is the best thus far. It did have some clearance issues when using the standard nut to lock the ball end to place, but i used a much thinner nut and no clearance problems at all...

Good luck to everyone at Vegas this year ! I wish I was going, school is proving to be a little ridiculous this year also .

Randy did you get the "slippery" feeling out of the rear of your car? Sounds like you just need the rear to have a bit more bite, maybe the balance is screwed up in terms of steering/rear traction. Have you tried a stiffer front spring? It may help keep weight on the back end in the corner, when I swapped to the blue front spring from white last year at vegas my car got way better. Or else maybe more rear camber gain?

I was running green front and Blue rear with 2.5 degrees of rear toe. My car rotates well and is easy to drive.

I use the Kimbrough medium and have had no issues. I use the corner, center it, and then trim the servo horn. Brilliant!!

I haven't actually seen the thick carpet upper deck. Is that it in the picture that Mr. McGoo posted?

Just be sure you get the carpet top deck and not just the stiff one like I did. I thought they were the same . . . but they're not

Man, you took the thought right outta my head, I was about to edit my other post when I saw yours.

So what is the part number for the "Carpet" upper deck. I know the stiff upper deck is U3246. I would try to find it on SchumacherUSA's site, but the search engine there isn't too great.

I ordered them early on, so I don't know if they switched designs????
