Honestly you dont really need anything that doesnt come in the kit. The kit parts are awesome on asphalt, the rest of the stuff is just more tuning options to get it dialed for your track.

Sounds like the previous owner over reamed the rear hubs and or rear arms for pin fit.

make sure all the ball cups are a snug fit, if not replace them. also make sure the studs are screwed in properly, same goes for the pivot blocks on the bulkhead and have a look at the wheel hex's and make sure there the correct wat round.

obvious problems but apart from the arms being over reamed nothign else comes to mind.

Hey all,

Does anyone have a Set Up Sheet in PDF format that allows you to save?

I was going to post my regionals setup but I can't save it.

Any ideas?

it will also give you less on-power, as there is more weight transfer to the rear end of the car. it will also make the car feel a bit less agressive. what exactly are you lacking on your car?

Default I NEED TEAM EMAIL ADDYS! :-)

Hey Guys,

I'd planned a team email today that would answer a bunch of the questions that I know are on everyone's mind, but I've only got email addresses for less than 1/2 of you!

I'm going to send a tester mail within the hour to the addys I have, so if you don't get anything from me, PLEASE email me at Shawn<at>Schumacherusa.net and include your real name if it isn't obvious from the email addy.

My appologies for this coming so late after PDubs departure, but I needed the answers myself before I could let the team know what the future holds, and Iíve got good news.

I've "volunteered" Randy to handle the team parts for the IIC and he should have that order in hand shortly. We're good on all things Mi3 right now except for the MDFlex front arms - I just didn't order enough :-( I've got lots more on order and they should be in mid-week next week, so expect that call from Adam if you've got them on order.

Adam and I will be checking in here periodically to answer the questions we can, and find the answers to the rest. I'm a dirt oval racer, so touring car tech is a little foreign to me but Iím learning as I go.

So again Ė if you donít get an email from me within an hour, please hit me back so I can send everyone the group mail!

Thanks!
Shawn Palmer

The front end, when set up according to the manuals carpet set up, seems awfully wide. With the "screw block spacers" set to 2.5mm front/1.5mm rear, the front end is wider than the rear. And that's with me having the 1mm spacers against the hexes, only in the rear.

Is this how things are supposed to be?
umm....anybody???

We dont run the 1mm spacers against the hexes in front on asphalt. We do this to increse offset for foam carpet racing...which reduces traction and thats what you want.
