The DNA is more aggressive. I have found that it makes the car a little twitchier, but still plenty stable. You won't see too many DNA's in stock, but plenty of people run the DNA in mod b/c of the downforce it produces.

As for the Parma PRO53's - Goetz's setup in the manual has seemed to work pretty darn good for me. I am running on a low bite large track and I have had alot of luck with his base setup.

I was hoping you'd say the Mohawk was more aggressive, I didn't think the DNA was aggressive enough when I ran it, lol.

I'll just build it to Goetz's setup unless he wants to chime in with some much needed changes

lol....One thing I know he has been playing with, and that I really liked (for what its worth) was raising my roll center 1mm all the way around. It really settled the car down for me and made it so much easier to drive. (2mm shims in back, and 1mm shims in front)

I also have changed the track rod back to the stock setting - the one he called for didn't give enough exit steering for my tastes. The wider track rod helped with my low bite situation....

I tried going softer in shock oil, but it made the car too soft - seemed to roll a little too much.

The DNA is aggressive, but provides a lot of traction and stability throughout the entire track. Probably the best all around body for carpet/foam (especially in modified)

The Mohawk seems a little more on edge to me. I think it frees the rear end of the car up more than the DNA. Perfect for stock racing. The DNA is more planted, but provides awesome steering throughout the entire turn.

Parma Alfa is a good option also. You probably need to get one of each and start testing now.

Don't forget Goetz's set up is for stock and 19 turn. Stock set ups almost never work for modified and vice versa.

Goetz can probably give better advice as he is the carpet specialist for this car, but save yourself a couple of bucks and try the stiff top deck first.
Is part number U3246 2.5mm Upper deck what I should be looking for?

That is the foam topdeck and will give you a very stiff car. The U3148 stiff topdeck still allows flex for rubber tire racing.

Thats what I'm looking for then. The top deck for foam.

No carpet rubber for me this winter. After running foam for most of the winter, I ran rubber a little toward the end of last year, but found myself missing the foams. So this time I'll do all my rubber tire racing during the summer outside on asphalt.

Thanks guys.

I definately liked the DNA more than the Alfa last year, but will have to get a Mohawk to try out with the DNA.
