You can run the old MI2 wide hexes you just need to space them and the axle out properly.

Ackerman is the difference in the angle of the inside and outside tires when the wheels are turned. Usually you want the inside tire turned a little more than the outside because it's going around a tighter radius. But if you have too much of an angle, it can cause the inside tire to scrub and loose grip. The bigger the angle between then inside and outside, the more Ackerman you have. Changing the steering link lengths, and angle (fore and aft) will change the Ackerman angle and the rate it increases through the steering throw.

Can you not possibly buy the new narrow ones and just use wheel spacers to get the car out to the correct width again?

well, close is only good in horse shoes and hand grenades....that's why i like 1/12 - anything can happen - 8 minutes is a L-O-N-G time......

but think as you must - their cars were faster - i was more consistent....or i didn't have an "incident" - either way - a TQ & W - is a TQ & W.....

Is this the new lipo schumacher is making?

http://www.rctech.net/forum/attachme...hmentid=232367

I am curious if the new lipo will accept a 2C charge rate.

Does the new lipo have a part # at Shumacher yet? If not how does one order?

McGoo-Watch out! According to Steves logic I would have been your competition if I hadn't dorked it . . . and dorked it . . . and dorked it and dorked it . . .
