They work great. Under a hard impact they allow the diff rings to "slip" on the outdrive rather than stay put because of the design and flat spot the diff balls.

I had to replace the receiver wire and while I was performing a bit-o surgery, I was bored, so I gave the electronics a bit of a facelift
