I ran the car on carpet with foams this past weekend. I put Goetz's setup from the manual and the car was money. Great on power steering, good lean into the turns but not too much to tip. Carried tons of corner speed, very stable and easy to drive. It had a slight push off power but not enough to slow you down. The way the car was, I would have felt comfortable running it at a big race with that setup. I made some changes and I'm getting close to getting the car where I want it for my driving style. I have made some more changes and will be testing them this weekend. I will let you guys know.
I guarantee the car will be awesome on carpet and I know when carpet season rolls around that will be proven in the race results. The car is stiff enough with the standard chassis, the only thing that you might want to try would be the stiff top deck. You might not notice too much of a difference unless you ran the car at a big race with mad bite.

Gotta get some runs in before ankle surgery, MJ? Get all you can now...I'm sure after surgery Adriam or PW can hold you while you drive so you can get the racing fever down a bit.

Xray set-up book suggests first setting your droop, then ride height, then downstops, if I remember correctly...

I guess it's because I set droop differently than most people do that camber has to be first.

When I did set it like what you guys are talking about I was tought to set ride height, then camber, and last off droop.

You should have worn your 5-point harness car seat on that bike- by the way, I can make sure your cars are taken care of while you're off...

So one of your most recently sponsored guys, Aaron Young and his wife Mandy, had their healthy baby girl Kendra early this morning ...but what's the "dedication" part about it? Check out the shirt he is wearing in the picture he sent me
