Charles,

As of Friday, and think PW was the only one using the shorter rod - i tried it and was ok, but I felt like i had more steering with the stock rod.

I had an absolute blast at Reedy. I could not have been happier with the car - well, except for the driver behind it. I ended up trying Weylin's setup on Friday, but I couldn't handle how much steering it had. I am a normal carpet foam racer, so my driving style is a little harder, so i had to calm the front end down tremendously.

My car was great, my lap times didn't show it, but I was pleased with it. I can say that I love this car and I can't wait to get some more time with it.

Everyone that had the Mi3 looked great - it was either bad luck, or just bad driving (such as me.)

I was extremely pleased with the performance of my Mi3 after only running it 2 times previously...

I will post my setup later on - it is a mix of Weylin's and PW's....

What belt tension are you lot running? Belts on my car, even though it hasn't been run yet, are really tight. I've got them set in the high position front and rear. I've got them so the white dots are inline with where the clamping pin is.

Most of us are running one notch looser than that.

I'm pretty sure they are showing up sometime this week. Depends how the holiday week messed things up.

Congrats to all my Homies representing Team Schumacher!! I heard about the peal fest at Ready. Some rough driving. Good finishes overall considering some of the luck. Look for big things to come......

Then I rolled it on the 2nd lap in the S turns and got hit hard while sitting upside down twice, the LW body simply got pushed down over the body post and was rubbing really bad. I thought the post moved but it hadn't. I dont think any of our cars came off the track broken during the whole weekend, I think the worst was Alex's when he popped a shock off from the kink.

The car was really awesome, it was a bummer to finish as I did when I could have won. But getting peeled in spec/stock racing isn't new, you really have to drive like an a$$ . But not to say it was only other peoples fault, I did blow out for no reason several times.

But it's ok, I beat the track record lap time for 19t of 13.4 with a 13.3 .

I would like to thank the entire group of Schumacher Reedy Race drivers. I am proud of all of your efforts and all of your results.

Randy put it in the main against a field of big budget factory pros and former IFMAR World champs and finalists. Not only did he get it in the main but He almost TQ'd a round and was right there among the fastest turned in the open mod class.

Weylin...is the man! The dude is a wheel and knows how to setup his car. These races are all about luck, agression and a bit of nasty driving from time to time. Weylin will not do that and I am proud of him for it. He was fast as hell all last week. Had the fastest lap in 19T and EVERYONE there knew Weylin had the fastest car in the 19T class.

PW...if any of you followed the racing on liverc.com know he got peeled at least once in damn near every run. The hairpin after the sweeper is brutal at the start and PW didn't get much love there. However, he was just as fast as anyone else. He got into the 12.6's and 12.7's and could run in the 12's for an entire run. I can't wait to to see what he can do this year with his Mi3.

What tuning secret are you looking for exactly? I didn't change much from my setup at home actually, maybe 2 things. The car was working well, it just came down to driving (which for some reason I seemed to only be able to do for 4 minutes and 30 seconds). To show you how much it came down to driving, in the 4th round that I finally tq'ed because I didn't blow out there were 9 guys with a 5:11 time. That's less than zero room for error, not only could you not make an error once, simply blowing your line could cost you 4 positions.
